Look no further, we have tickets to all WinStar World Casino events in 2023-2024. Compared to other casino resorts this place needs work. I didn't have a problem as the ventilation is good. Most of the machines do not have sound turned 'on' - but I happen to like the sounds of the bells and music. The only areas where jackpots were being paid was in high stakes rooms. We tried machines in all areas of the casino and winning is pretty much impossible. The 360 area is all hype and no delivery. The cue line was filthy but restaurant was clean and the service friendly and helpful. There are several dining options in the casino area including the typical buffet - which had a long line to enter. (Separate liquor licenses) The casino is huge and VERY COLD.

The casino is connected to the hotel - but no alcoholic drinks can be taken between the two. I wanted to spend time at the pool but was turned off by all of the screaming kids.

The hotel has two bars plus another at the main pool and two restaurants. A separate smaller pool had less children - but no bar.

The main pool is big and very crowded with kids. The casino is owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation and the hotel is operated by Winston Hospitality, Inc.
